Key Responsibilities:

3. Take and record vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation) under the supervision of qualified staff.
4. Maintain patient hygiene and assist with pressure area care and prevention.
5. Accurately document care provided in patient records, adhering to confidentiality and information governance protocols.
6. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and relatives.
