Our client, a well-established automotive centre, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to utilise their parts knowledge, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Benefits:
1. Competitive basic salary of £30,467 per year
2. Realistic on target earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses
3. Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
4. One in three Saturday mornings, 8am to 12.30pm

Duties:
6. Provide expert advice to customers on parts and accessories to meet their needs
7. Achieve personal KPI‘s and revenue objectives by actively promoting product offerings
8. Accurately identify and locate parts to ensure customer satisfaction
9. Utilise all product promotions effectively to meet targets
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular contact both via phone and face-to-face visits
11. Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent service
12. Maintain high product knowledge and stay updated on competitor activity
13. Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally within set KPI frameworks
14. Use company systems accurately to search and order parts and complete documentation
15. Follow up on customer orders, credit status, and ensure timely communication
Requirements:
16. Previous experience as a Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Supervisor or Parts Sales Representative is highly desirable
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
19. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
20. Knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry preferred
21. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
