I am sourcing for an experienced HR Business Partner for a 14 month MAT cover. This role is based in the West Midlands on a hybrid basis 2-3 day onsite. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that support ambitious business goals. Partnering closely with senior leaders and managers, you'll help design scalable, future focused solutions across the full employee lifecycle, with real influence at both strategic and operational levels. This role offers the opportunity to work on high impact, global initiatives and to help embed consistent, best practice approaches across multiple regions.
