Job Description:

As a People Support Team member, you will provide advice and guidance on employee performance and conduct, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Your role will involve building strong relationships with managers and colleagues, contributing to a high-performance, employee-valued culture.

The People and Culture Advisor will support initiatives across the employee lifecycle, collaborate with team members, and leverage data insights to recommend performance improvements.


What you will be doing:

1. Manage employee relations caseloads, coaching managers and employees through informal and formal processes to ensure fairness and consistency.
2. Promote and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies.
3. Support the delivery and implementation of People and Culture projects and workstreams.
4. Collaborate with other People Team specialists to shape and embed offerings within the business.
5. Support practices fostering a high-performance and engaged culture.
6. Stay updated on sector best practices and legal changes, sharing insights as appropriate.
7. Question and challenge team cultures and behaviors to align with our identity.
8. Ensure diversity and inclusivity are integrated into all activities.


Requirements:

* Experience as an HR Advisor, HRBP, or Employee Relations Specialist, preferably in a technical, operational, or manufacturing environment.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance setting with ambiguity and change.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
* Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and UK employment law; US and Germany employment law knowledge is a plus.
* Experience supporting change initiatives in evolving business environments.
* Proven ability to produce management information and analyze trends for stakeholders.
* Knowledge of current HR best practices and trends.
* Degree and CIPD qualification at level 5 or above, or equivalent experience.
