You will be the main contact within the team and be able to respond to / triage initial enquiries received and providing a high quality administrative and transactional support to the Medical Workforce Business Partner, Head of Employee Services and Chief Medical Officer.
Main duties of the job
* To Support the planning, monitoring and coordination of all medical staffing issues across the Trust.
* To support Doctors in Training rotations and rota management including exception reporting.
* To support the Chief Medical Officer in all aspects of Medical Appraisal and Revalidation and their role of Responsible Officer (RO).
* Being the first point of contact for all medical staff and to coordinate and lead on all issues relating to Medical Workforce.
* To support annual job planning for Consultant and Specialist, Associate Specialist and Specialty Doctors (SAS) grade doctors.
* To support Clinical Directors and General Managers with duties relating to management of medical staff within the Trust
* To support day to day operational functions of Medical Workforce Team.
