Customer Service Advisor
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Salary: Up to £13.50 an hour DOE + holiday pay
Duration: Temporary, 2 months

Duties
* Respond to incoming enquires via email
* Contact customers to verify account information
* General administration duties
* Communicate with customers via email
* Resolve any customer queries and complaints, recognising when complaints need to be escalated to management
What we are looking for
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent IT skills and proficient in MS applications
* Passion for problem solving
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Willingness to go above and beyond, a quick learner and adaptable
