Assistant Store Manager - Nike WEMBLEY

In our NIKE Retail Stores, we use special job titles for our positions: a Store Manager is called "Head Coach," an Assistant Store Manager is called "Assistant Head Coach," a department manager is called "Coach," a team leader is called "Lead," and Sales Associates are called "Athletes."
As an Assistant Head Coach, your responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence to our consumers.
2. Supporting and supervising a diverse team, ensuring a positive work environment (e.g., recruitment, development, performance management, staffing).
3. Implementing operational processes and tools to achieve sales targets, optimize service, and enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
4. Overseeing departments such as Commercial, Athlete, and/or Consumer Experience.
5. Assisting the Head Coach in implementing NIKE’s store strategies (e.g., sustainability, membership, digital services).
6. Providing reports on store activities, local market insights, and consumer feedback.
7. Ensuring store compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.
8. Collaborating with business partners across stores and headquarters.
