Your Role as a Care Assistant:
As a Care Assistant placed with one of our client care homes, you will be essential in providing person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing compassionate support with personal care, washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Assisting with mobility and using equipment safely.
* Helping with mealtimes to ensure a positive and nutritional experience.
* Building rapport and offering companionship, promoting emotional wellbeing.
* Engaging individuals in social and recreational activities.
* Monitoring and reporting any changes in a persons condition to the senior team.
* Maintaining accurate care records in line with company policies.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a care setting is highly desirable, but we welcome applications from individuals with a genuine passion for care, including those looking for a career change.
* An NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
