Domestic Considerations: 27 - 50 RSDs per year. Army Reserve post, flexibility to work late nights and weekends and exercises up to 2 weeks. Responsibilities: 1. Uphold the values and standards of the British Army within the Regiment. 2. Maintenance of discipline within the Regiment. 3. Career advice, retention, welfare and guidance of those subordinates. 4. Ensuring all Regimental policies are adhered to correctly. 5. AIl Military training and development is correctly structured in accordance with Regimental policy. 6. Ensuring external military and shooting events are attended in accordance with the Regimental calender. 7. Offer advice to the RSM on policy change to give the reservist view 8. Advise the Commanding Officer on current concerns from the Reservists' perspective
