Job Overview:
As the Northern Education Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of freelance educators, driving educational initiatives across the northern region. You will collaborate with distributor partners to ensure B2B success, deliver exceptional educational experiences, and report to the Head of ASP Education. The role involves regular international travel to engage with global markets and expand educational programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of freelance educators, ensuring high-quality educational delivery.
* Collaborate with distributor partners to strengthen relationships and maximize education initiatives.
* Implement and oversee educational programmes, workshops, and events aligned with brand objectives.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase education-related sales and brand visibility.
* Represent the company internationally, leading educational initiatives in global markets.
* Report on performance metrics, feedback, and growth opportunities.
* Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the company's mission and values in all educational settings.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or as a brand educator in the hair industry.
* Relevant professional qualifications in hairdressing.
* Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating teams.
* Strong B2B relationship management experience.
* Deep knowledge of haircare products and techniques.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally regularly.
* Full driving license; company car provided.
