Core Subjects Tutor – Southampton
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking committed and enthusiastic Core Subjects Tutors to support learners in the Southampton area. The ideal candidates will be confident delivering English, Maths, and Science to students who may require additional, tailored support to achieve their full potential.
About the Role
1. Provide 1:1 or small‑group tuition in core subjects
2. Deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions
3. Support learners with varying needs and learning styles
4. Track progress and adapt teaching approaches where needed
5. Work in homes, schools, or community settings depending on placement
Requirements
6. 6 months working in UK schools
7. Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths and/or Science
8. Experience tutoring or teaching (school, intervention, tuition centre, or mentoring)
9. Ability to build positive relationships with students
10. Reliable, organised, and confident working independently
11. A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
