Are you an experienced Nursery Manager looking for a fresh challenge with variety, responsibility, and the chance to make an impact across multiple settings? We are seeking a Group Relief Manager to join our senior team and provide strong, flexible leadership across our nurseries.
This is not just a cover role. You'll be a key part of our management structure, stepping in to:
* Lead a nursery during a Manager's absence
* Support and mentor existing Managers
* Drive forward group projects and initiatives
* Help elevate quality of the provision through training and working closely with room leaders and educators.

What we're looking for:
* A strong Nursery Manager (or experienced Deputy ready to step up) with proven leadership experience of at least 2 years.
* A confident decision-maker who can adapt quickly to different teams and environments.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Ofsted requirements and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* A supportive leader who can inspire staff and build positive relationships with families.
* A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across our nurseries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing nursery operations to a high standard, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS.
* Leading and developing staff teams, ensuring excellent standards of care and education.
* Supporting with budgets, occupancy, and financial targets.
* Preparing nurseries for inspections and supporting quality improvement.
* Building strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
