Assistant Bookkeeper – IWN Accountancy Ltd (Remote/Hybrid, £26k pro-rata)

We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper with practice experience to join our close-knit team.
What you'll do
* Bookkeeping and VAT returns for a varied portfolio of clients
* Bank, credit card and control account reconciliations
* Using Xero and cloud tools (Dext/DOKKA) to streamline processes
* Client communication — answering queries and building relationships
* Supporting our accountants with year-end prep and reporting
What we're looking for
* Bookkeeping experience (practice experience preferred)
* Strong Xero knowledge (other cloud apps an advantage)
* Accuracy, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Friendly communicator who enjoys client contact
