The People Coordinator will assist the Head of People in the administrative and organisational support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond, ensuring smooth, professional and efficient People processes. Key Accountabilities Recruitment Carrying out a of range recruitment activities, including; administration of the Applicant Tracking System, scheduling interviews, and supporting the Head of People in conducting screening calls. Preparing offer letters and contracts of employment. On-boarding Managing the on-boarding process, including; conducting pre-employment checks and delivery of company inductions for new employees. Training Coordinate training activities on site, booking training providers and managing course enrolment. Health & Wellbeing Play an active role in the Health and Wellbeing group, support with the coordination of activities for the site. Work Experience and Interns Collaborate with educational settings to arrange work experience and intern placements. Create timetables of events and deliver induction. Act as point of contact throughout the placement. Reward Provide support with the administration of various employee benefits, such as private healthcare, life assurance and the pension scheme. Employee Events Assist with employee engagement events, from liaising with venue providers, communicating events to the site and coordinating activities. Gain employee feedback through surveys. People Analytics Collate statistics and generate reports. Reception Cover In the absence of the Receptionist and People Assistant, provide reception cover including answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors to the site, dealing with post etc. Continuous Improvement As a key member of the team, contribute to the development of systems and efficiencies to assist the overall advancement of the company. Projects Assist in all other ad hoc projects as and when required, as directed by the Head of People. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Essential To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience: Previous experience in People administration activities Excellent attention to detail Ability to conduct the role in a professional manner with the strictest confidentiality Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Good level of numeracy skills Highly organised, with good administrative skills and the ability to work under own initiative Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Flexible, can-do attitude, enthusiastic and friendly A positive attitude towards teamwork and supporting the wider business 5 GCSE’s or equivalent Desirable CIPD Level 3 Do you want to feel inspired every day?
