Service Delivery Manager Liverpool (hybrid)
Our award-winning client is on the lookout for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their forward thinking business. This role is perfect for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager who can help take the business forward. Leading and mentoring all Support and Project/Pre-Sales staff, ensuring they are held accountable for delivering services to an exacting standard and following our defined processes
Continuously improving service delivery systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining or improving the client experience.
Owning the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance, accurate reporting
Liaising with clients, managing expectations and handling escalated issues regarding all aspects of IT service delivery to ensure total client satisfaction
Maintaining team motivation and engagement to support consistently low staff turnover.
The Service Delivery Manager will be expected to be self-driven, want to take ownership and responsibility. You will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of delivering successful IT support and projects in a private sector environment, and a real enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service.
This role requires a full, clean driving license*.
