Brand Manager
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the continued development of a highly respected, heritage-led brand across the UK and EMEA region. We are looking for a commercially aware, brand-focused professional with strong marine industry experience who understands how to protect and evolve an established brand while driving new levels of engagement, visibility and growth.
Working closely with global leadership, you will take ownership of regional brand activity, ensuring local execution aligns with wider global direction while identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence, customer engagement and commercial performance.
This role would suit someone with approximately 5–10 years’ experience within brand, marketing or commercial brand management who has already built strong foundations in their career and is ready to take on broader ownership and influence within an evolving international business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop brand strategy across the UK and EMEA region
* Deliver impactful marketing initiatives that increase engagement and market presence
* Manage brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, campaigns and communications
* Work closely with global leadership to align regional activity with wider business objectives
* Identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement, awareness and commercial growth
* Support the development of marketing content, campaigns, events and product positioning
* Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to support brand development
* Build strong relationships with distributors, partners and industry stakeholders
* Champion the brand internally and externally with professionalism, credibility and enthusiasm
* Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the wider business
