Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, quality, and profitability. Lead service development projects, including the launch of new branches or service lines. Manage budgets, KPIs, and ensure delivery against organisational targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. Key Requirements Proven experience in Complex Care or Domiciliary Care management. Strong background in business development and service expansion. Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in setting up new services. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and compliance frameworks.
