Your Role as a Site Agent/Sub-Agent:
Planning and organising on-site labour
Efficient utilisation of all resources on site
Safe, on-time, and budgeted delivery of contracts
HSEQ adherence
Upkeeping of site records and registers
Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures
Building and maintaining strong on/off-site relationships
Your Skills:
Minimum HNC level qualification in Civil Engineering
Previous experience as a Sub Agent in a civil contracting environment
Experience in rail and infrastructure Civil Engineering sectors is essential
SMSTS certification
