Salary £30,000 | MonFri | 40 hours per week
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and submitting warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and payments are processed in a timely manner. You will work closely with service and workshop teams to ensure smooth communication and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time
* Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer and company standards
* Liaise with workshop and service teams regarding warranty work
* Monitor claim status and follow up where required
* Maintain accurate records and audit trails
* Support aftersales administration as required
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am 5:00pm
* 40 hours per week
About You
* Previous experience in a warranty or automotive administration role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Confident working with systems and paperwork
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
