Fabric Engineer
Swansea - SA6
Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm
Salary - £25,000+
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced fabric maintenance engineer to work on a large government office contract, perfect for anyone who enjoys a corporate environment and facilities maintenance.
We are looking for someone to join this growing team who is enthusiastic, hungry and looking to learn and progress within the company. As a company they can offer career progression, job security and opportunities to up-skill.
The ideal candidate needs to be reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements. They should have a calm manner and be able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities. Able to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required.

Job specific responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works.
* Working safely and professionally in a client facing environment.
* Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems.
* Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks when required.
* General Building services work when required.
* Client facing role.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Good knowledge of general maintenance across a range of equipment.
* Well‑presented, client facing appearance.
* Excellent team working, customer care and problem‑solving capabilities.
