Overview
As a Mechanical Technician, you'll be working under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers on some of the best helicopters in the world. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, continued operation of our aircraft through the following tasks.
Responsibilities
* Replacement and installation of mechanical and electrical components as per maintenance schedules and repair requirements.
* Support licensed engineers and technicians in the completion of inspections and repairs.
* Work closely with licensed engineers, fitters, and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of aircraft maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
* Essential: Enthusiasm for aviation, a passion to learn and adapt, good hands and ability to work methodically to instructions. Adopt a mindset focused on safety. The lives of passengers and crews depend on competent maintainers.
* Desirable: Experience within aviation.
* Knowledge & Skills: BTEC / NVQ L2 engineering qualification or equivalent. Proven ability to work with technical instructions safely, efficiently and effectively.
* Passion for Excellence: Excellent work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the job is right.
