This role requires strong team delegation skills combined with the ability to influence colleagues in a positive way, encouraging them to elevate their sales and service standards.

The focus will be on maintaining high in-store standards, including staff, product displays (internal and external), and ensuring best practices in staff and merchandise security.

You will need to ensure operational efficiency behind the scenes to support the goals on the sales floor, presenting a cohesive team working towards a common aim – providing customers with an exceptional experience.

You will have an honest disposition, a forward-thinking and engaging personality, and a willingness to contribute new ideas.

Competence in Microsoft Office and Bransom software would be advantageous.
