We are supporting a leading data centre with a sales specialist role across the UK and the purpose of the role is to generate, develop and acquire new business colocation opportunities within their given region.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with cold calling, lead generation and have experience managing the full 360 sales cycle.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Track and record metrics throughout sales process
* Meet and exceed financial goals
* Build a pipeline of qualified leads to work into each month
* Follow and manage the deal cycle from start to close
* Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Qualifications
* 1-2 years in a tech sales environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Previous experience in a technical sales environment
* Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
