As a Senior Pharmacist, Clinical Services and Medicines Optimisation, you will assist the Lead Pharmacist, Formulary and Medicines Optimisation in the development of the South West London joint formulary and guidelines and the implementation of National and Local guidelines related to medicines. You will provide a comprehensive and efficient pharmaceutical service in accordance with the required standards of quality and professional practice to meet the needs of the patients, the Pharmacy Department and Integrated Care Boards (ICB).
This position is full-time with a requirement for 37.5 hours of work per week, including participation in seven-day working and on-call rotas.
