Meet Our Client
We are expanding our services in Retford and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Live-In Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a lady in her own home.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide daily support and companionship, assisting with personal care, daily routines, meals, mobility, and household tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable environment. You will also offer reassurance and encourage activities that promote independence and wellbeing.
Schedule and Work Patterns
This live-in position is offered on a flexible rota, with options of 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, providing consistent care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. A waking night position is also available for suitable candidates.
Requirements
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills

Training
