Tele-Account Manager As a Tele-Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining & retaining a customer base. You will need to communicate with customers via phone & email and provide timely solutions to their queries and requests. You will also be responsible for acquiring new accounts through business development activities, such as cold-calling, networking, and market research. Main Duties • To ensure a high standard of customer service with creating an initial business relationship with all new customers. • Take ownership of solving customer issues through pro-active customer service. • To promote from our promotional brochure and up sell specific drives. • To promote the sale of LWC Drinks own brand products • Follow up actions for the above report for either Telesales and or Account Managers. Knowledge and Experience: • Excellent Customer Service Skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good relationship building skills. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as a team member. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • To ensure high standards of customer services. • To have a clear and personable telephone manner. • Ability to use the trinity system. • Good product knowledge.
