Ready to step into a leadership role?
We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the team at Northlands store. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about retail, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow their career in a values-driven, supportive environment.
What your day will look like:
* Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
* Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales
* Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
* Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture
* Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have retail leadership experience or you’re ready for that next step
* Are passionate about people, service, and results
* Know how to lead by example and energise a team
* Stay calm and organised under pressure
* Have a strong eye for detail and store presentation
* Are aligned with our values and love our brand
* Are available to work 35.5 hours across a Sunday - Thursday roster.
