Do you find yourself tinkering with your home lab while your friends are out at the pub? Have you ever cancelled weekend plans because you "just need to quickly" spin up a new VM to test something? Is your idea of relaxation perfecting a PowerShell script that nobody asked you to write?
If you just nodded at any of these, we need to talk.
About Rejuvenate IT
We're a Managed Service Provider in Bournemouth, delivering IT solutions with a personal touch. Our close-knit team thrives solving complex challenges and forging long-term partnerships with clients. As we grow, we're searching for a senior technical specialist who shares our passion for technology and excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
The Technical
* Escalation hero: Take ownership of complex technical problems that need expertise and creative solutions.
* Infrastructure architect: Design and deploy solutions across Windows Server, Azure, M365, and more.
* Automation enthusiast: If you do something twice, you can't wait to automate it - PowerShell, n8n, whatever it takes to make your life, our clients lives, and the lives of your workmates that little bit smoother.
* Technology shapeshifter: Databases, web servers, virtualisation, cloud migrations, firewalls, VPNs, storage arrays, VoIP systems and switches - you thrive on variety.
* Backup guardian: Architect and maintain backup strategies, because hope is not a backup plan.
The Human
* Translate geek to human: Explain technical concepts so clients understand them.
* Technical leadership: Mentor and guide the team, encouraging continuous learning.
* Document like a pro: Create and maintain clear, practical documentation.
* Strategic thinker: Shape technical strategy and influence the future of client IT infrastructure.

Reality Check
This isn't a clock-in, clock-out job. Sometimes you'll be elbow-deep in a server migration at 7PM. Sometimes you'll onboard a network that looks like spaghetti. But we pay fairly, recognise hard work, and make sure you have downtime (and a lab to tinker with).
We need you to hit the ground running - no extensive training on the basics and fundamentals. If you're ready for anything from Windows Server 2012 migrations to cutting-edge automation, we want to hear from you. That said, you don't need to know everything – but you need to be willing to learn
Ready to Join Us?
If you've made it this far and thought, "finally, a job that's right for me", send us:
* Your CV
* A cover letter that shows who you are
* Your proudest technical moment - whether that's an elegant fix to an inelegant problem, a disaster averted, or a home lab setup that would make r/homelab jealous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits:
* Casual dress
