Service Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Car
Hours: 42.5 Monday to Friday, Additional hours needed during peak times
Seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead my clients team. You’ll manage a skilled service department covering agricultural, construction, and horticultural machinery, ensuring high-quality repairs, motivated technicians, and excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with agricultural/construction/horticultural machinery
* Management or supervisory experience
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Able to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
