This is a key operational leadership role where you'll take control of depot movements and lead a small team in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. No two shifts are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing and coordinating all rolling stock movements within the depot
* Leading, motivating and supporting a high-performing operational team
* Ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to plan
* Building strong relationships across teams to keep operations running smoothly
What You'll Bring
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and decision-making ability
* Experience in rail or a similar safety-critical environment
* A proactive, calm approach in a dynamic operational setting
* Flexibility to work shift patterns (early, late and nights)
