Office Administrator Frome, Somerset Circa £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) benefits Permanent My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting multiple aspects of office, project, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, post, and filing Liaise with customers, suppliers, and contractors, handling queries efficiently Log and update delivery schedules, material tracking, and company calendars Assist with stationery ordering, IT support coordination, and website updates Maintain up-to-date records Support accounting processes, including purchase order entry, invoice matching, and credit card reconciliation Manage health & safety administration Skills and Experience: Proven administrative experience within a busy office environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel essential) and Outlook Good understanding of general accounting and office procedures Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communication, both written and verbal-with a professional manner Experience with Pegasus Opera Accounting Software is an advantage (training can be provided)What's on Offer: A supportive and collaborative working environment Varied and engaging role with scope to develop Training opportunities where required Salary of circa £28,000 per annum 25 days holiday bank holidays Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch 100% office basedIf you are reliable, well-organised, and enjoy being the "go-to" person in a dynamic office, we'd love to hear from you.
