The Challenge…
As one of our technicians, you will be able…
16. Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of trucks and vans to DVSA standards
17. Performing diagnostic tests to identify faults and fix mechanical issues efficiently.
18. Ensure all vehicles meet DVSA standards and health and safety requirements.
19. Keep up to date with all relevant DVSA and product developments.
20. Receptive to training and participate in ongoing development and continuous improvement.
21. Support and mentor our apprentices.
22. Complete work directed by the Shift Supervisor, Workshop Controller or Dealer Point Manager.

Rotating Shifts
23. Early/late shift rotation: 06:00-15:30 Monday-Thursday, Friday 06:00-14:30
24. Late: 12:30-22:00 Monday-Thursday, Friday 12:30-21:00
25. Permanent late shift: 44 hours- 12:30-22:00 Monday-Thursday, Friday 12:30-21:00 Or: 40 hours- Monday – Friday 12:30-21:00
Night Shift
26. Option 1 – 40 hours, Monday- Thursday 20:00-06:30
27. Option 2 40 hours Tuesday -Friday 22:00-06:30
28. Option 3 – 50 hours Monday – Friday 20:00-06:30
A workshop breakdown rota is also available on discussion in the interview stage
What we’re looking for…
29. Qualified HGV Technician (City and Guilds level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) – related to Commercial Vehicles
30. An Efficient, neat technician with proven experience in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining LCVs and HGVs.
31. Your own set of tools – but we’ll give you an allowance.
32. A valid and clean driving licence
33. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
34. A problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
35. Main Dealer experience
You’ll really hit the ground running if you have…
36. Experience with a Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks Dealership
37. Experience with working with Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks products
38. Experience using My Check.
