Job Purpose
To ensure that products are correctly reworked and packed according to company standards, meeting quality, safety, and efficiency requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow specific rework instructions as outlined by management.
Accurately and efficiently pack products according to specifications.
Ensure all packaging uses the correct materials and labelling.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Follow all health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE.
Report any damaged goods or quality issues to the team leader immediately.
Support colleagues in achieving production targets.
Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.
Carry out any other duties reasonably required to support the operation of the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or packing environment preferred.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Manual dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, and move products up to 20kg safely.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an entire shift.
