1. Preparation of food for sale to customers
2. Ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and fit for purpose
3. Undertaking online stock orders and checking deliveries
4. Promoting the welfare of children and young people
Key Person Specification Requirements
* GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)
* Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject or willingness to work towards
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to work towards
* Experience in the Hospitality and Catering sector
* Experience of cashing up
* Enhanced DBS check
