Role Outline
As our Client Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing the strategic operational delivery of services, ensuring we meet the commercial terms of our contract with Rolls-Royce. Your focus will be on growth, retention, and the seamless introduction of this new contract.
This is a full time role, based at our client's site in Derby with frequent travel to the Solihull office. There is the possibility of hybrid working with this role (1-2 days per week working remotely).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the ongoing contract and new service implementations alongside departmental leads.
* Actively participate in operational review meetings, contributing to health and safety strategy.
* Develop and audit quality policies, procedures, and protocols.
* Manage staff rotas to ensure service demands are consistently met.
* Forge and nurture client relationships across all sites through honest and proactive communication.
* Deliver strategic review plans and service enhancements for our clients.
* Support the Business Development team with retender and renewal processes.
What You'll Bring:
* Exceptional communication skills and business acumen.
* Proficiency in Office 365, Gateway, Power Bi and Excel.
* Proven expertise in relationship and contract management, particularly within the outsourced Health and Customer Support Service sectors.
* A track record of managing multiple projects and autonomous working.
* A full UK driver’s licence.
Salary
The salary range on offer for this role is between £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
