We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bracknell, starting as soon as possible. The Role As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. You will help children develop key skills in communication, literacy, numeracy, and social development, both in the classroom and outdoor learning spaces. You will assist with observations, assessment, and recording of pupils’ progress, and provide targeted support for children who require additional guidance. Strong collaboration with teaching staff, colleagues, and parents is essential to ensure children receive consistent support.
