Approved Electrician - Repairs & Maintenance Location: Mobile role covering Hereford, Leominster & South Shropshire Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time Salary: Up to £39,290 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience) Closing Date: 27 January 2026 The Opportunity A leading housing association's in-house property maintenance arm is recruiting an Approved Electrician to join their responsive repairs and maintenance team. This is a mobile role covering Hereford, Leominster, South Shropshire and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality electrical works within domestic properties. You'll carry out remedial works, general maintenance, and responsive repairs while providing excellent customer service and ensuring work is completed right first time. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. Expectations are high, but you'll be fully supported by an experienced and collaborative team. Essential / Desired Qualifications Ideally, you will have: Completed an electrical apprenticeship or hold NVQ Level 3 & City & Guilds Level 3 AM2 18th Edition Wiring Regulations City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in Inspection & Testing Candidates without 2391 will be considered at Electrician level.
