We want proven experience in DevOps maturity, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices. Experience with AI adoption, LLMs, and AI-driven engineering tooling is highly desirable. We are looking for someone capable of influencing architecture and engineering direction across complex systems. Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams is important. We are open to candidates with significant senior-level engineering experience and a strong track record of delivery. You will drive scalability, resilience, and performance improvements across our systems. You will influence and evolve our approach to AI adoption and LLM-driven tooling. You will help modernise our engineering practices and improve delivery speed. You will contribute to cloud-native infrastructure decisions and DevOps maturity. You will improve and refine our CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. You will work closely with product and technical stakeholders to guide platform direction. You will take ownership of technical direction and make a meaningful impact across the business. You will support team management and help raise engineering standards across the function.
