Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Provide accurate information to callers or route calls to appropriate individuals - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and maintaining records - Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Experience: - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in computerised systems, including and Microsoft 365 - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Familiarity with data entry processes and procedures - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills As a Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
