<div><p>Clarence House Day Nursery is a medium-sized nursery group with 16 nurseries in East Anglia and the East Midlands.</p><p>We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our nursery in Cambridge.</p><p>You will be working 40 hours a week with a salary of £14.50 per hour.</p><h3>Duties and responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>To ensure the smooth running of the nursery in the Managers absence</li><li>To deputise the management whilst ensuring the nursery is suitably staffed</li><li>To ensure the delivery of the highest quality childcare for all children whilst maximising parent satisfaction</li><li>To lead by example, challenge and support staff to realise and achieve their true potential</li><li>To carry out all SEN within the nursery and complete the necessary paperwork</li><li>To safeguard children</li></ul><h3>What we are looking for:</h3><p>Were looking for a person who is self‑motivated, passionate and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
