Job description
* Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only + 20 days in Holiday Club (total: 43 weeks) (scheduled by Manager)
* Hours: 35 hours per week
* Working Hours: 8.45am – 4.45pm (including one-hour unpaid break)
* Required: October/November 2025
Are you a flexible, adaptable, and experienced practitioner holding a full and relevant Minimum Level 2 Early Years or equivalent qualification?
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive, exceptional, experienced, confident, professional, minimum Level 2 Early Years or equivalent qualified practitioner. We are looking for someone who can deliver 1:1 and small group interventions as part of the curriculum. You will be proactive and adaptable in your approach. You will be confident to lead teaching sessions if required.

Essential
* Full and relevant minimum Level 2 qualification in early years or equivalent
* Fully Flexible, adaptable, and confident in your approach
* Good time management is a necessity
* Exceptional knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
* Experience of phonics/NELI teaching is desirable
* Knowledge/experience of intervention programmes
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident to lead dough gym and teaching sessions if required
* Experience of nursery age children with special educational needs and/or medical needs.
