Senior Account Manager/Account Director – Enterprise Retail (SaaS)
Hybrid | Gloucestershire (1 day per week on-site) | £Competitive + uncapped commission
An established, high-growth SaaS business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Account Manager/Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of large, complex Tier 1 retail clients.
This is a senior, commercially focused role for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships, driving account growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to household-name retail brands. You’ll sit at the heart of the customer relationship, balancing commercial performance with genuine customer success.
The Opportunity
You’ll manage and grow a number of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring clients maximise value from the platform while identifying opportunities for expansion, renewal, and deeper collaboration. Beyond revenue, this role plays a critical part in shaping customer experience and influencing internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Working closely with sales, product, operations, and legal teams, you’ll lead everything from strategic account planning and forecasting through to commercial negotiations and executive-level engagement.
