This role will focus on identifying, sourcing, developing and securing new business opportunities. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the growth strategy as well as recruitment, enabling you to shape the sales strategy in the North East, creating the culture, structure and team how you see fit.
Quoting and winning new business to achieve agreed annual targets
Developing a team and creating a sales strategy
Training and developing team members
Experience in a hunter sales role with a focus on New Business Development
Experience with building pipelines and developing relationships with key stakeholders
Strong commercial focus and business acumen
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
