Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team, based at our Head Office in Solihull (with UK travel required). You will lead training strategies, ensure compliance, and support employee growth across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs, manage training requests, support L&D strategy implementation, design leadership programs, evaluate training effectiveness, manage relationships with training providers, support apprenticeship and graduate programs, and maintain training records and systems.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development, proven L&D experience, understanding of the full learning cycle, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, and experience managing multiple projects. Knowledge of apprenticeships and industry standards is desirable. Construction sector experience is a plus but not essential.
