Our client BAE Systems, a prominent entity in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking an HR Business Partner on a contract basis to join their team in Glascoed. This role will be within the Land Business Unit and is expected to have hybrid working arrangements, requiring a minimum of three days on-site per week. The contract duration is 12 months, and the role falls inside IR35 regulations. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to the business unit Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies Manage employee relations and resolve complex HR issues Work on HR projects to drive continuous improvement within the business Advise on HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance Support staffing processes including recruitment and onboarding Contribute to workforce planning and change management initiatives Liaise effectively with stakeholders to maintain a positive workplace environment Job Requirements: Experience in a HR Business Partner role or as a senior HR advisor CIPD qualification preferred (levels 5-7, level 7 ideal) or equivalent HR qualification Strong experience in employee relations and HR project management Knowledge of the manufacturing or engineering sector would be advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance within the...
