Our Associates distinguish us from the competition—people who make a difference to our environment, customers, and their experience. As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the Finance team, assisting with Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, and cashiering duties.
Your Journey as an Accounts Assistant:
1. Assist the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department, including processing purchase ledger documents, credit control, and daily banking.
2. Review and analyze supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, taking corrective actions as needed.
3. Raise queries with suppliers and customers to resolve aged invoices.
4. Support general admin tasks and assist the wider business as required.
5. Provide excellent customer service to sites, suppliers, and customers by responding to calls and emails efficiently.

* Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and numeracy skills.
* The motivation and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of ERP systems (desirable).
* No prior accounting experience needed—full training will be provided.
