Exams Officer
* Location: Swindon
* Reporting to: Exams Manager
* Salary: up to £28k
* Type: Full-time
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Swindon.
Job Purpose
* To assist with all aspects of the Examination and Assessment processes, including the administration of examinations and entry of examination details onto the student record system
Main Duties
* Proficiently use Excel and other computer programs to support exam-related tasks.
* Work with exam boards and course teams to keep exam details accurate and up-to-date.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and external bodies about exam processes.
* Organize and plan exam schedules accurately and efficiently.
* Oversee exam administration, including registration, entries, results processing, and exam invigilation.
* Provide an efficient and supportive service in responding to staff and learner enquiries in relation to exams.
Requirements
* Relevant exams experience
* Enhanced DBS
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
* Excellent level of digital literacy
* Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
