Title: Office Administrator / Project Support

The Office Administrator / Project Support will play a key role in supporting the Project Engineering Group by assisting with project documentation management and general administrative duties for the Droitwich site. This role involves close collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless project workflows and operational efficiency.
Located in Droitwich with attendance in the office Monday-Friday.
Key Accountabilities
* Compile documentation such ascommissioning and witness testing reports and manuals
* Register and assign document numbers and control codes to ensure accurate filing.
* Distribute documents to internal and external project stakeholders, manage transmittals, and maintain records of document distribution.
* Upload documents to client portals
* Provide general administration support to the Project Management team to facilitate project success.
* Support day to day support for the Droitwich site to ensure seamless operation and ensuring that the facility is a place we are all proud of. This will involve liaison with the Office Manager (based in Manchester) for assistance with 3rd party office cleaning and grounds maintenance teams, consumables management and arranging lunches etc. for visiting Directors & customers.

* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
