Merchandiser
Location: Based near Maidstone
Coverage Area: Across South East England - including Kent, Surrey and South London
Hours: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (typically 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Pay: £12.99 per hour + fuel expenses paid
A great opportunity has become available with a valued client of The Best Connection for a Merchandiser supporting multiple garden centres across the South East. This is a field-based role suited to someone organised, customer-focused, and confident working independently across multiple locations.
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and creating an inspiring retail environment that encourages customers to explore their personal garden style. You'll implement visual standards, support store routines, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a strong customer experience through effective merchandising
* Implement visual identity in line with client guidelines
* Maximise product placement and presentation standards
* Replenish stock where required
* Build and maintain relationships with store teams to promote products
* Support store routines and selling initiatives
What we are Looking For
* Experience in a similar role
* Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work across multiple sites
Additional Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Own vehicle required for travel between sites (fuel expenses paid)
