Sales Support Coordinator – Maltby
We are looking for an additional Sales Support Coordinator in Maltby to support sales operations, data quality, customer inquiries, and Territory Managers.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain knowledge of services, market, and customer industries.
* Prioritize, execute, and meet deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly task lists from the Regional Sales Manager.
* Manage sales team admin, including cars, phones, events, bookings, stock, etc.
* Coordinate all sales meetings, auctions, conferences, and special events.
* Answer general employee and customer inquiries professionally.
* Develop market research activities through current database and prospect new potential customers.
* Track competition and understand their business.
* Use Salesforce CRM to add new customers, analyze activity, and develop plans to increase market penetration.
* Direct specific inquiries to appropriate department personnel.
Qualifications
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
* Excellent time management skills, ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Business or related education or degree.
* Interest in farming or machinery‑related business.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Professional English level.
